(cold, flu, fever, chills, coughing, sore throat, sever headaches, aching body, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste, unexpected fatigue, nausea, vomiting, sneezing or runny nose).(*) YesNo If you answered NO to the above mention questions, you have PASSED the screening procedure, and you may attend our class or a driving lesson.
