The following questions must be answered by you before you may attend a class or a driving lesson.

If you answered NO to the above mention questions, you have PASSED the screening procedure, and you may attend our class or a driving lesson.

If you answered YES to the above mention questions, you are NOT permitted to attend a class or a driving lesson.
